Nothing beats homemade donuts, and these Chai Raisin Donuts are a delicious summer snack!
These are cake like donuts with tasty raisins studded through out the batter. Â The sweet raisins go well with the Chai inspired spices. Â These donuts don’t have a lot of sugar in them, so I glazed them with a sweet glaze made of powdered sugar and Chai tea.
I used my mini donut maker to make these, because it cooks donuts so quickly. Â But you could also use a donut pan, or even make these into muffins if you prefer.
